Do It Right the First Time: How to Improve Data Accuracy
Have you or your employees ever made a mistake processing transactions? Have you entered incorrect data, transposed numbers, left out key information, or misspelled customers’ names? Do you wish you could concentrate better on your work?<br />This event is free for those who have passed an ASQ Certification examp this year!

Systems approaches, such as revising forms and simplifying processes, can only do so much. They don’t eliminate human error. Evelyn Mareth, accuracy expert and author, has pioneered a unique approach to accuracy improvement by focusing on the visual and perceptual side of human error.
